1-Year Limited Product Warranty
All HazGuard Gear products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for
one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching failure, material breakdown, hardware malfunction)
- Product failure due to faulty components
- Performance issues that prevent intended use (as described on product page)
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or modification
- Exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or conditions beyond product specifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect function
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage

If you are not completely satisfied with your HazGuard Gear product, return it
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

- Approved Claims: We provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. domestic).
- Product is inspected upon receipt.
- Repair, replace, or refund issued within 10 business days.
- International Claims: Customer covers return shipping; we cover reshipment of repaired/replaced item.
