Due to the incredible response from departments and an influx of large orders, please allow up to 20–30 days for department and bulk orders to be fulfilled.
We are working diligently to reduce fulfillment times whenever possible. However, departments should plan for the full 20–30-day timeframe when coordinating purchasing and deployment schedules.

Qualified fire departments may receive special department pricing on eligible HazGuard Gear products.
Pricing is based on the products, quantities, accessories, and shipping requirements associated with each order. Contact our department sales team for a formal quote prepared for your organization.

PURCHASING AND PAYMENT TERMS
To maintain inventory availability and keep department orders moving efficiently, HazGuard Gear requires payment in full before an order is processed and released for fulfillment.
- HazGuard Gear does not offer Net 30 payment terms.
- Purchase orders are not accepted as payment.
- Orders must be paid in full before fulfillment begins.
- Check and ACH payments are accepted.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
- Fulfillment timelines begin once payment is received.
- Shipping and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the department’s designated representative.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will our department order take?
Due to current demand, department and bulk orders may require up to 20–30 days for fulfillment after payment is received. We will complete orders sooner whenever inventory and production schedules allow, but departments should plan for the full stated timeframe.
Do you offer department pricing?
Yes. Qualified departments may receive special pricing based on the products and quantities requested. Contact us for a formal quote.
Can we submit a purchase order and pay after delivery?
No. HazGuard Gear no longer accepts purchase orders as payment or operates under Net 30 terms. Payment must be received before fulfillment begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. Departments may pay by check or ACH to avoid this fee.
Can you provide procurement documentation?
Yes. We can provide available documentation such as a W-9, formal quote, Sole Source letter, product specifications, testing information, warranty information, and NDAA Section 889 documentation.
When does the fulfillment timeframe begin?
The estimated fulfillment timeframe begins once full payment has been received.
